Glow By Ingrid LLC was established by Ingrid Sacco in 2021. Initially, Ingrid and Paris operated as a mother-daughter team. Both individuals hail from the Czech Republic and relocated to the United States as legal immigrants in 2013.

As a European woman residing in the Bay Area, California, my relocation to the United States prompted a quest to rediscover aspects of my identity. A manual technique performed using a hand tool which involves drawing individual, crisp hair strokes that gives very natural looking results. Microblading is perfect for those who want to fully reshape, define or fill in gaps from over plucking. Microblading can also benefit anyone who is experiencing hair loss or a lack of hair growth in the brows. This treatment is not best for those with oily skin.

Using a specialized digital tattoo machine, perfect powdered ombre can be achieved using heavier shading towards the end of the brow and lighter towards the front along with the perfect lined brow shape. This is an ideal method for brow corrections/cover ups, total reshape or improving symmetry, but ultimately for those who like a more complete fuller eyebrow. This method also works great on oily skin where it is often harder to retain crisp detailed hair strokes. (note: machine shading only, no strokes).

This is the perfect combination of all methods combined. The beautiful crisp, lined shape with using the Ombre & Shading method along with realism of Microblading or Digital Strokes up front to give the fluffy full brows look. This method is perfect for those who want the realism of hair strokes, but also need to build density and dimension. Light shading with digital machine will be completed once hair strokes are strategically placed with manual hand tool based on your natural hair growth. This method works great on clients with very little to no hair.

Touch Up Brows: Usually every 1-2 years for microblading and 1-3 years for the Ombre Powder, this will depend on many factors such as your skin type/ skin routine/ environmental factors, etc.

What are fine line tattoos? Fine line tattooing uses small needles (often a single needle) to create a thin, delicate, intricate tattoo design evoking fine artwork and paintings on the skin using black and grey and color tattoo ink.

Fine line tattoos are said to fade more aggressively than regular tattoos, though both tattoo styles will fade with time, and may need touch-ups. During the treatment, a numbing agent will be used to keep you comfortable. Then, a sterile solution will be tattooed over your unwanted tattoo. The process of applying the solution should take 10 to 40 minutes depending on the size of your tattoo. A scab will then form after 5-10 days and when this falls off, the color will look lighter. You should expect between 2-6 sessions spaced 4-8 weeks apart to fade the unwanted pigment.

Stretch mark camouflage is tattooing of the skin with different colors of flesh tone pigments. Its purpose is to disguise a scar or skin area that is missing pigment or color. Inkless scar and stretchmark is a form of micro needling that smooths, softens and fades the scarred skin.

Stretch marks commonly occur during growth or pregnancy and almost everyone has them. Some appear lighter or darker than the regular skin and some have a more red or purple hue.

"Ink" technique begins by carefully analyzing your skin tone, background, and complete assessment of the Fitzpatrick scale. We then create a custom blend of pigment colors to match your skin tone. The pigment will then be deposited into the dermal layer of your skin, creating a blending effect that makes your stretch marks less noticeable.

This may not be a 1-2 session treatment and may require multiple sessions to achieve a desired result. You will go through stages where the treated area may get “darker” like a scab before healing to the true color. Patience is a virtue, trust the process.

Stretch marks need to be at least 18 months old before you can have treatment on them.

For a natural treatment to stretch marks, we recommend pre-treating each individual stretch mark with our "Ink-less" Professional Pretreatment Method. Licensed as a body artist of the Ink-less Stretch Mark Repair treatment, we understand that it is best to REPAIR the damaged skin rather than cover it with ink first.

Skin or Scar Camouflage is a Paramedical Tattooing procedure which offers a way to help disguise flat white scars. It involves implanting skin toned pigments into the scar tissue that is lacking in colour. The scar camouflage tattoo blends with the healthy skin around it resulting in less attention to the scar.

Scar Lightening on Hyperpigmentation (dark scars) takes time and patience to correct. This is not a 1-2 session treatment and may require multiple treatment sessions to achieve a desired result. You will go through the stages where your scar may get “darker” like a scab before healing to the true color.

Your scar should be at least 9 to 12 months old with stable color. If it is red or pink or still changing color, the tissue may still be healing. A reputable, experienced medical tattooist will not work prematurely on scar tissue because it may cause further damage to the skin.

Scalp micropigmentation should never be considered a one treatment process. Most clients can expect between 2-4 sessions to complete their treatment depending on the extent of hair loss or scarring. These treatments are usually spaced about 10-20 days apart.

A hair tattoo or scalp micropigmentation (SMP for short),is a non-surgical, superficial cosmetic tattoo that gives the illusion of a close buzz cut hairstyle on a bald head or density to a thinning crown.

The procedure can also be used to conceal scars from hair transplantation and hide the visual impact of burns or scars on the head. Scalp micropigmentation can be performed on all ethnicities.

This procedure does not involve local anesthesia during the procedure. In contrast to traditional tattoos, this treatment is superficial in that it penetrates the epidermal level of the skin, and ink is deposited in the upper dermal level of the skin in order to avoid macro impressions.
